As a former NBA player he has seen countless examples of the importance of having mental awareness in athletics– especially in the face of intense competition. During his career he witnessed outbursts of emotions ranging from players breaking down in tears after a loss, to a player so enraged with intense emotion he reached out and choked a coach.

He understands the intensity and how easily it can affect anyone- no matter how great they are at the sport. He also understands how this can be hindrance in one’s life, beyond sports and is committed to sharing tools with his clients so that they may gain a greater command of their mind, making them less likely to succumb to pressure.

Performance coaching is about bringing your mind in line with your physical ability. The mind is one of the most powerful and awesome weapons we possess. However, many of us have not learned how to harness this amazing power. Performance coaching helps an athlete become an even more formidable force by matching their physical ability with the potency of their mind.
