Foyle Performance Coaching creates a series of customized one-on-one sessions with athletes based on their specific performance needs.
Our number one goal is to help clients move beyond performance-blocking habits and assist them become a peak performer.
We bring awareness to the power of the individual by conducting a holistic assessment and coaching them to access it in order to achieve maximum success. Some of the ways we help our clients to do this is by:

Create a consistent visualization practice.

Identify and articulating goals.

Develop thinking patterns that are positive and helps to propel - not deter the athlete.

Create consistent pre-game and game-time practices for better muscle control and performance predictability.

Observe clients in play or at practice in order to familiarize with their performance and speculate on how their particular habits may be stunting their performance.
